PSG Academy’s Women’s Football Program

PSG Academy’s Women’s Football Program

PSG Academy features a comprehensive, structural program ideal for every skill level.

December 1st, 2021 marked the inception of the PSG Academy’s women’s program – a football program designed to offer adults the same opportunities as youth academy players.

Practices are held Wednesday and Saturday evenings in Education City and CNA-Q (click here to view schedule). Ex pro and current PSG Academy women’s team head coach, Claudine Lopez states – “We’re exited to get back to training. Although we had a successful turnout last season, it was difficult to maintain consistency in our sessions, due to COVID-19 regulations. This season, we’re hoping to involve our players in local matches around Qatar”

Players involved will learn what it’s like to train the Paris Way – a unique methodology allowing players to interact and learn from expert coaches through various drills and exercises. For novice players, it’s an opportunity to improve their game through comprehensive on-field instruction. “Our aim is to create an environment in which women can develop their football skills, pursue their passions while also making lifelong friendships”- Didier Domi “PSG Academy Technical Advisor

PSG Academy’s training structure supports and challenges individuals while providing them with a platform to achieve their goals on and off the field. It’s the ideal environment for athletes of every level.

As PSG Academy continues to grow and refine its developmental methodology, the goal remains steadfast – Bring the community together through sports and physical activity.
