You consent that both your and your child’s personal information may be transmitted and used/processed by PSG ACADEMY QATAR and its authorized representatives entities outside of your home country/jurisdiction and explicitly specifically consent that both your and your child’s personal information can be transmitted stored and processed in such third countries for the purposes specified  above.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR uses security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorized persons, misuse, and alteration or against unauthorized disclosure. You take on the personal responsibility of ensuring that your password is kept confidential. PSG ACADEMY QATAR will not be liable for the manipulation, loss, destruction, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of your and/or your child’s personal information due to negligence or failure on your part to ensure the confidentiality of your password.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR’s security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology becomes available.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR does not sell or rent personal information collected from you or your child to any third parties.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR would like to use both your and your child’s data for the purposes specified above. Naturally your participation in such collection of personal information for the specified purpose is voluntary. Should you not consent, you can inform us at any time, so that we can prohibit the use of your and/or your child’s data accordingly.

ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please contact info@psgacademy.qa for information, helpful suggestions, complaints regarding the processing of your and/or your child’s personal data, to request the deletion of personal data from our database and/or to request to be unregistered from our newsletter.

Should any of the personal data we hold about you or your child be incorrect in spite of our efforts for accuracy and timelines, we will correct that information at your request.

CHANGE IN DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

PSG ACADEMY QATAR has the right to change the Data Protection and Confidentiality Policy as and when required, subject to seeking approval and being adopted from the relevant regulators or parties.

Any such changes will be posted on our website, provided that PSG ACADEMY QATAR will notify you of any of these changes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, being the parent/guardian of the aforementioned student(s):

I hereby acknowledge that the above information is factually correct. I therefore agree that my child / dependent shall participate in the activities of the PSG ACADEMY QATAR,  held on all locations within the State of Qatar during their  regular trainings and holiday camps or any other special events hosted and managed by PSG ACADEMY QATAR , and to the use of all PSG ACADEMY QATAR sports equipment.

I hereby agree that I will not hold the coaches of PSG ACADEMY QATAR, PSG ACADEMY QATAR itself and/or any of their employees, contractors, partners, freelancers, shareholders, affiliates, and agents liable for any losses, liabilities and property damages to 3rd parties, including bodily injury and/or death which my child and/or children may suffer or incur whilst taking part in any of the activities planned and facilitated by PSG ACADEMY QATAR and/or PSG ACADEMY QATAR, except if these losses and liabilities are incurred as result of a direct and serious fault by the PSG ACADEMY QATAR. This specifically includes but is not limited to any possible loss, liability, damage, whether direct or indirect and/or associated and consequential cost incurred by the venue provider and affiliates during the participation in this event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: The undersigned have read this assumption of risk, release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, and have had the opportunity to ask questions about the same.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR MEDIA CONSENT

I, being the parent/guardian of the aforementioned student(s), agree that photographs and / or videos may be taken of my child taking part in sporting activities for promotion of the club and displayed on the PSG ACADEMY QATAR website, social media, press releases, articles, in newsletters, television coverage and in local and international media (both digital and paper) in accordance with child safeguarding guidelines. In the event where the provisions of this Clause 3.1 are not approved, I acknowledge that the PSG Academy Qatar allows me to contact them directly to confirm this refusal. In which case, when agreed by the parties, this Clause 3.1 shall be deemed null and void.

REFUND POLICY

Other than otherwise specifically mentioned herein, all fees are non-refundable for any reason even in the event of participant’s absence from training sessions. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

A receipt will be provided as confirmation of your booking.

Upon registration of a child into any of PSG ACADEMY QATAR programs and offerings; be it an annual program, a term program, or seasonal camp, the registration fee must be paid in full before the start of the program.  Failure to pay the registration fee will result in the automatic cancellation of the child’s registration and the child will not be allowed to attend any session whose fees were not settled.  Likewise, no child will be allowed to register if the child has outstanding fees from any of the previous PSG ACADEMY QATAR programs and offerings. 

CANCELLATIONS

If your child misses a session, PSG ACADEMY QATAR will not provide a refund or alternative session, except in the case of sickness, provided that PSG ACADEMY QATAR  is notified in advance and the necessary proof is submitted via a medical report (or other evidence acceptable by PSG ACADEMY QATAR at their own discretion) , then an alternative session in the same program will be provided.  Alternative session cannot be carried over to the next term.

All sessions and programs will run as planned, regardless of weather, unless PSG ACADEMY QATAR communicate otherwise.

If a session is cancelled by PSG ACADEMY QATAR an alternative session will be offered at a date and time to be decided by PSG ACADEMY QATAR. If your child is unable to attend the session at the re-arranged date and time, no further alternative session will be offered. If the cancellation is due to a force majeure event (i.e. an unforeseen event which is outside the reasonable control of PSG ACADEMY QATAR such as flood, other natural disasters or acts of God, war, insurrection, strike, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, revolution, riot, terrorist attack or governmental restrictions), an alternative session will not be offered. However, PSG ACADEMY QATAR may decide, at its own discretion, to give a voucher or credit notice that can be used in the PSG store or PSG Academy Program before the end of the current season at the time of receipt or credit notice.

PSG ACADEMY QATAR reserves the right to refuse admission to any person for any session for any reason, such as, including not limited to, lack of respect, disruption of training or causing any inconvenience to the coach or other participants. If requested by PSG ACADEMY QATAR staff for whatever reason, parents/guardians and any children in their care must leave the session immediately. Additionally, PSG ACADEMY QATAR reserves the right to cancel/deny a registration to any person for any reason at any time.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

You give permission for your child to receive medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency, provided that PSG ACADEMY QATAR informs you as soon as possible of the incident that requires medical/ambulance attention, and you agree to pay any associated costs.

All children must arrive at the session wearing suitable clothing and footwear. Children participating in the program must wear the assigned PSG ACADEMY QATAR uniform (not required on trial sessions).

PSG ACADEMY QATAR is not responsible for providing food and/or drinks. Children must have fluids (preferably water) readily available should they require it.

Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the pitch or the hall while a session is in progress.

For safety reasons, parents/guardians and children must keep away from any equipment that is not being used for the particular activity in progress.

LIABILITY

PSG ACADEMY QATAR does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any injury sustained by a parent/guardian while on site, except in those cases caused by a serious fault by PSG ACADEMY QATAR.

Jewellery must not be worn. PSG ACADEMY QATAR does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any jewellery that is brought to site.

RESPECT

All children must respect others in the training session regardless of gender, culture, religion, ability or other factor.

All participants must respect and not wilfully or neglectfully damage the equipment used by PSG ACADEMY QATAR.

COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

The COVID pandemic has forced PSG ACADEMY QATAR to revisit the way we plan for programs and sessions to ensure the safety of our players, coaches, and community. Please note the following is a general outline as this is subject to government guidelines and restrictions:

If your child is not feeling well for any reason, they must stay at home and must not attend the site.

All sessions will have hand sanitizer on site.

Coaches will ensure all equipment has been sanitized before and after each session.

Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up children on time.
