PSG Academy Gives Back to the Afghan Community.
September 18th was an evening to remember for PSG Academy and the members of the Afghani Refugee Camp. It’s with honor and privilege that the French football Academy had the opportunity to share the Paris Saint-Germain Methodology with members of the Afghan Community. The coaching staff hosted over 100 kids of all ages, taking part in small-sided drills and scrimmage matches. For some, it was their first time being introduced to the beautiful game of football. As a congratulations for their participation, all children received gift bags with custom PSG backpacks. Paris Saint-Germain, President Nasser Al Khelaifi also attended the event. …
PSG Academy’s Women’s Football Program
PSG Academy features a comprehensive, structural program ideal for every skill level. December 1st, 2021 marked the inception of the PSG Academy’s women’s program – a football program designed to offer adults the same opportunities as youth academy players. Paris Saint-Germain have a longstanding reputation for signing some of the biggest names in Football. What began as a rumor became a realty. The 21-22 transfer window was one for the books as PSG signed six-time Ballon d’or winner Lionel Messi. On Thursday August 10th, players from PSG Academy Qatar rallied together to welcome the Argentine superstar to his new club. Back on track with Summer Term! August 1st-August 26th
August 1st marks the start of PSG Academy Qatar’s Summer term program. This year the coaching staff decided to do things a little differently. On Sunday July 11th, Paris Saint-Germain Academy resumes their Summer Camps which will be running through July and August. After 12 weeks of online zoom sessions and weekly coloring contests, PSG Academy Qatar coaches are back in action at Qatar Foundation, Lycée Voltaire Salwa and Lycée Al Waab.
